Vice Principal
I hold a BA in Early Childhood Development and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Springs Charter has been my home, as an educator, since 2010, working as an Instructional Aide, Substitute, and Academy Teacher.
My favorite things to do, currently, are to sit outside and watch my kids play soccer and swim competitively. When I have the time, I love to sew and work outdoors.
The most captivating book that I have ever read is titled Room, written by Emma Donoghue. Aside from that my childhood favorites include The Giving Tree, The Lion and the Little Red Bird, and A Letter to Amy.
Math was my favorite, until my eighth grade teacher told me that I was incapable of the workload. I masked as a lover of Language Arts, but really found my joy in Science, until college, when an amazing college professor rekindled my passion for math.
This may age me a bit, but I was part of the first graduating class of Chaparral High School, in 2000. I was a part of the Letterman’s Committee and helped to design the varsity jacket that athletes wear, to this day.
