Our School Accountability Report Card

Every year, public schools in California are expected to complete a School Accountability Report Card (SARC) for the previous school year. To learn all about the current SARC for each of our schools, please select from the choices below.

Education Protection Account

After the passage of Proposition 30, the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012, schools across California began receiving funds through a new Education Protection Account (EPA) that was established by the voter initiative. Part of the requirements for receiving these funds is to post on the school’s website a spending plan indicating how the funds are being used. The following are the spending plans for each of the Springs Charter Schools (Citrus, Empire, Harbor, Pacific, River, and Vista).

In November 2016 Proposition 55 Tax extension amended Proposition 30 providing continued allocation. Of the revenues generated from Section 36 of Article XIII EPA funds, 89 percent is provided to K-12 Education and 11 percent to community colleges.
