Academy Teacher
I graduated with a B.A. and Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. I also have my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Focus in Literacy. I have experience teaching first, second, third, fifth, and sixth grade. I love working as a Lower Elementary Grades 1-3 Teacher at Casa Montessori. I know this school provides the best learning environment in a hands-on, Montessori format! Students become inspired to learn! I am also a BTSA Support Provider guiding beginning teachers through their first few years of teaching.
In my free time, I love to exercise, sing, decorate, and relax with family and friends.
I love reading books on personal finance and romantic comedies.
My favorite subjects in school are math and choir.
My philosophy is that students need to be invited to learn through power, purpose, affirmation of their contributions, and a lot of humor!
