Graduated from California Baptist University, Riverside in 1996 with B.S.
Received Teaching Credential from CBU in 1997.
Started teaching full time at the age of 21 at J.W.North High School in Riverside. 5 years into my teaching career I decided to stay home and raise my children. In my 10 years in the classroom I have taught everything from kindergarten to high school. I have also had the privilege of being a homeschool Mom for the last 6 years.
Overall, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, Kurt, of 18 years and our 2 children. I love to attend my daughter’s cheer and dance competitions and root for my son’s traveling baseball team. In my free time I love to read, shop, and bake. One of my favorite activities is snowboarding in the winter.
Classical Literature is always a favorite. My modern day favorite author is Nicholas Sparks.

I’m kind of a mixed bag. I have quite the collection of Nike running shoes as well as an extensive designer handbag collection. Fashion and Fitness are my things!
