Principal, Homeschool Journey
I received a double major, Christian Education and Liberal Studies with a teaching credential, from Biola University and a Master of Education in Administration degree including a Clear Administrative Credential from Azusa Pacific University. I also have a CLAD certificate. Anaheim City School District, where my husband and I met, is where I taught for 5 years and was a Vice Principal for 2 before I was promoted to VPP (Very Proud Parent).
Some of my favorite hobbies include going on dates with my husband, managing my sons’ baseball team, coaching my daughter’s basketball team, cruising in my mom’s yellow convertible corvette on a beautiful day, and watching or participating in sports – especially football, baseball and basketball.
I like to read books that will either challenge me to improve as a person or will teach me some new skill.
Besides recess and basketball, my favorite subject in school was math.
My husband and I have been homeschooling our own 4 children over the past 12 years. I enjoy camping and long drives with my family.
