Pamela worked in the traditional classroom setting for over 15 years and has homeschooled her 3 children. During her homeschool experience, she learned that 2 of her children struggled with dyslexia. Springs Charter School provided the curriculum and accommodations to best help her children to learn to read and spell without watering down their content.
1 in 5 students struggle with a form of dyslexia, ADD or ADHD. Pamela’s passion is to advocate for these kids and insure that their gifts and dreams are not squelched because of traditional classroom curriculums and settings.
