Education

I attended Cal State Long Beach and Cal State San Marcos. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Cal State San Marcos and my teaching credential from National University. I taught first grade for 3 years in San Jose, California and first and fifth grades at Crowne Hill Elementary here in Temecula. I joined the iShine family in September of 2014 and I couldn’t be happier. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to teach second grade at this amazing school.

Favorite Hobbies

In my free time, I love going to the beach with my family. We try to plan our vacations around the nicest beaches and best surf spots. I also love dancing, shopping, and spending time with friends. Music has always played an important role in my life and I love going to concerts, especially when it’s my son drumming or my brother playing guitar.

Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
Tortilla Curtain by T.C. Boyle

I loved Social Studies when I was a student. I have always loved history and my favorite thing to do was a research paper or project on a historical event. My love of history lead me to want to travel the world.
