Homeschool Collaborative Teacher
Prior to becoming an education specialist with Springs Charter Schools in 2010, I taught middle school math for 13 years, worked as a math tutor, author, editor and part-time instructor at Cal Poly, Pomona. I have a BA in Mathematics Education from Virginia Tech and a MS in Special Education from CSUF. I enjoy working as an ES because I am able to draw on every aspect of my past educational experience to help customize learning for my homeschool students—it’s very rewarding!

Whether teaching, planning a party, purchasing a gift or decorating my house, I always have a “theme” 🙂
I love to sing and am a big American Idol fan–Kelly Clarkson is my favorite winner so far!
