As a Sonoma State University graduate with a B.A. cum laude from the Liberal Studies/Multiple Subject Credential program, I have five years of teaching experience in second grade and two years teaching third grade in Illinois public schools. I have a CLAD certification and 12 years teaching public school.
Theater! I love going to the theater and performing in plays.
The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo. I also like Maya Angelou and Alice Walker’s The Color Purple.
Reading-I read ALL the memiors in our school library in 3rd grade and EVERY Nancy Drew book.
I used to own a horse-a mare half Arabian, half quarter horse. I rode English-and loved jumping!
