Rose Kelley, a 17-year-old junior Homeschool student who lives in Oceanside, has received a $1,000 Carson Scholars Fund award to help fund her college education. She has been designated a “Carson scholar,” and was honored with a medal and trophy at a recent awards banquet. Continue reading
