Her career goal is to be a civil engineer for a large city. She first began attending Springs’ DaVinci Academy in the 7th grade. Springs has worked well for her, she said, because of its smaller class sizes and “friendlier and more welcoming environment.” She said, “I have never felt out of place here. While at Springs, I have been able to develop strong relationships with my peers and my teachers, which has enabled me to create a strong support system within the school.”

One of Springs best features, she believes, is the opportunities with which it provides its students. She had the opportunity to take advantage of dual enrollment through her local community college, and was part of its FIRST Robotics program throughout her high school years. She was also able to work an internship with the City of Temecula, which has helped her choose a career path. She said, “Springs is a project-based school and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to attend.” Her interests include reading, writing, drawing, and listening to music. She was also a leader in her high school robotics team, the Cyborg Zombies. She enjoys writing poetry as a way to express her emotions.
