FAPA and Magnolia students in CTE classes (ground school, aviation seminar) or Flabob interships (e.g. Wright Bros. Project) were interviewed, as well as instructors George Essel and Judy & John Adair and Superintendent Kathleen Hermsmeyer (Superintendent). The 30-minute documentary will focus on why teaching aviation in high school is worthwhile, with Springs being highlighted in six to eight minutes of the show. It should air in March 2017.

“This was a good way to market the CTE and internship programs of River Springs,” said Principal Beverly Voechting. “The producer and videographer seemed pretty impressed with our program. I hope that shines through in the final product.”
