Education Protection Account
After the passage of Proposition 30, the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012, schools across California began receiving funds through a new Education Protection Account (EPA) that was established by the voter initiative. Part of the requirements for receiving these funds is to post on the school’s website a spending plan indicating how the funds are being used. The following are the spending plans for each of the Springs Charter Schools (Empire, Harbor and River).
